B-29 “fifi” captured by D4 / 80-400VR2
Photography is a time machine! My father climbed into a B-29 in both wars and luckily, came home from the adventure. He told me many stories, most of which are lost to time. But the one impression all the stories left was him being the ramp either in the states or overseas at sunrise, staring at his ship. Every opportunity I have to do the some thing, I take it. Cause the B-29, even in silhouette, has that recognizable shape.
