P-51D “Miss Kitty III” captured by Z 9 / Z50f1.2

It’s so simple to view, and yet, it’s a challenge to execute in the viewfinder. It’s probably why I seek the broaside. I’m shooting at f1.2, which requires the film plane to be perfectly parallel with the fuselage. The camera needs to be lateral to the cockpit, and the elevation of the camera just catches a tad of the underwing. When done correctly, it’s a simple view. When not, it just seems, off. Oh yeah, the background has to support everything. It’s the main reason the Z50f1.2 is in my kit, the broadside.
